@Don - you can access our “Options Summary” available on the home page of http://www.m-x.ca under the “MX Market Review” section. This file will give you the equity options series that traded during the previous trading day (with volume and open interest on each series).

I download the presentation and liked what I saw however there weren’t any speaking notes which would help.
Another point that I have is when I look at daily volumes there I can’t find any options with large trade volumes or open interest. Maybe I am looking in the wrong spot but the equities with high daily volume shown are for all of the various options.
Is there any equities or ETF options with large daily volumes in particular strike prices and dates?
thanks
Don

Richard was excellent as usual. But I forgot how he calculated the components that made up the index adjuster to get the implied trading bands on slide 19. can anyone help me out?

@Gail Marriott - Richard’s books are available via his Web site. Go to http://www.croftgroup.com/books/index.htm for more information.
As for McMillan’s book, it is available at book stores in Toronto. I saw it at Chapters Indigo. I am sure it is also available at other book stores. You should search the stores’ Web sites.

The slides are great if you can remember the presentation. I think Slide 23 should have the iShares S&P TSX 60 Index Fund in red and the MX Covered Option Writing Index in blue in the chart.
